The factors that actually move the number
- How the certifier counts your productsPer-SKU and per-flavor fees escalate quickly for wide ranges. Banded or unlimited-SKU pricing keeps a 40-product range near a 10-product price. V-Cert prices by SKU band — 1–5, 6–20, 21–50 or 50+ — with unlimited additions inside your certified scope.

There is no application fee, no per-SKU charge and no charge for the quote itself. And if your scope isn't something we can certify well, we'll tell you before you pay anything.
Bundling: how multi-mark pricing changes the math
Most vegan products can substantiate a vegetarian claim from the same document set, and many supplement and cosmetics lines add gluten-free or cruelty-free. Certifying each claim with a separate organization multiplies applications, reviews and invoices. In a V-Cert bundle, one review covers every mark in scope and each additional mark is priced below the first, because the evidence is shared.

What makes a vegan certification quote higher or lower?

There is no revenue or turnover component.
What does renewal cost?
Renewal is the same annual fee stated in your quote, re-confirmed each year for the same scope — no new application fee. If your scope grows (new marks, a larger SKU band, a new category), we re-quote the difference before anything is payable.
