What to have ready
The application asks about your company and your products. You don’t need everything below to start — but having it to hand makes the form straightforward and your quote accurate.
- Company details — legal name, site address, and a contact for the certificate.
- Your product list — the SKUs you want covered, and the category (food & beverage, supplements, cosmetics, or ingredients).
- Ingredient & formulation specs — the ingredient list for each product, with supplier names. Supplier declarations help, but you can add them during the review.
- A short process description — how and where each product is made, and whether shared lines carry other allergens or animal-derived inputs.
- Export destinations (optional) — where you sell or plan to sell, so label requirements are matched to your markets.

What happens after you submit

Once you approve the quote, we review documents, formulations and supplier declarations — no site visit.
Certificate + mark artwork.
Your certificate is issued with a QR code anyone can scan to check it on the certificate portal, and delivered with mark artwork in four formats.
